We came here to look at the lot we bought and decided to purchase an extra 2.5 acres for our boys. We have had a very nice time here and everyone was very nice to us.

I own a lot in Calvada and a lot here. We came here to check it out and wound up buying one more lot. 2 1/2 acres. It's nice out here so try to come and stay here. We'll be your neighbors. There's plenty of space for everyone.

We own several time shares and this is our first commercial property. It will be interesting to watch this large area grow. This large area is beautiful and pinetrees, mountains, and buffalo all add to its uniqueness. We have seen huge growth in Colorado, we're sure they'll like this area too.

When we signed up in Las Vegas, we wondered, later, what we'd done! Was it a big mistake? NOT!! We love it.

I am still trying to see more wild animals. (I saw a ground squirrel). I prefer the view from lot 107 and the proximity to electricity and the highway.

This is what we could have lost in Cripple Creek! Money was wisely spent here!

 

I MISSED THE BOAT ON PROPERTY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER -- DRIVE A USED CAR!!

 

The upgrade was less than the price of a T.V.

On the 25th of May 2000, a nice gentleman by the name of Rich Michel took Herbert and I out to see our land.  A great piece of land, plenty of land for the money.  We decided to invest in the commercial lot.  We figure it's a better deal for us.  So we both shall see.

Cripple Creek was where we were going, but PEC got our money instead.

May Heartsel Springs profit grow and grow.  Entrusting you with the Frowner's hard earned cash.

P.S. By the way, Rich worked on his off day.  Give him a bonus.

We enjoyed our vacation to Colorado.  We toured the Hartsel Ranch and made our choices.  The view is fabulous.  We saw lakes, mts., wildlife, and enjoyed the sunshine. So, we invested in property.

We were interested in buying land for investment and the potential for growth looks really good here.  We rode our motorcycle out here from Illinois and it was really great.

Our first concern was will there be wildlife now as well as over the next 10-20 years. The answer was yes, and we had a pleasant surprise as we drove up to our lot and got a good look at a Black Bear! among the other wildlife were buffalo, prairie dogs, antelope, and of course, cows. I think we got a great deal and are looking forward to building our dream house upon retirement from the Air Force.  Everyone has been extremely friendly and the countryside is beautiful!  All the extra perks with this package are terrific.

After 5 years of ownership in a lot in South Park, we thought we need to step up and trade in for better location. We hope to see a resort and a hot spring next time we visit.

We are pretty sure that this area will grow very rapidly. It is one of the best resort areas that we will enjoy in the future.

We used to have our property here at Calvada, but now we decided to exchange it with the one where the activities are right now and we know we did the right thing.

Instead of putting money on the casino, why not put it on real properties, you'll always be a winner!

First venture for property the salesperson said you are okayed for two. My wife said no more. I sold it 4 years later for a $55,000 profit.  We could have had $110,000.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know I just returned from a week up in the Colorado Rockies fishing and relaxing.

Met Vie, Greg, and Mr. Keller at the Hartsel Ranch. What a great group of folks! Very professional, yet personal. I traded my awesome 6.42 acre plot for an even "awesomer" 9,200 foot elevation, 7.49 acre plot on top of a hilltop overlooking the entire ranch.  Our entire backyard is government owned unplatted land. We put 50% down to take advantage of the great interest rates you offer. We are even more excited now than we were in June when we contracted for the land, after having seen what the Hartsel Ranch looks like. Thanks for the great deal and thanks for introducing us to such a professional organization like PEC.  It was nice to fish on several rivers and lakes within a short distance of the property.

We look forward to coming to Las Vegas again in the future to not only take advantage of the PEC vacation, but to stop by your office and personally say thank you.

I first started out getting a 1 week time share in Las Vegas, traded that 1-week for 2 weeks in Indian Shores, Florida.  I then traded Indian Shores for property in Calveda.  I then traded Calveda for property in Hartsel Springs Ranch, Colorado.  I was promised to visit Las Vegas when I wanted to.
