Seller hereby acknowledges that the closing of this escrow is contingent upon the concurrent closing of a separate escrow wherein the subject property will be re-sold to a new purchaser, at a possible profit to the Buyer herein. Funds being deposited by the Buyer, in this escrow, will originate from said Resale escrow. Seller has neither requested nor requires further information concerning the Resale escrow, and hereby instructs Escrow Agent to proceed with the closing of this escrow.
